Furnished private bedroom available now in a shared Asheville home. Great central location. Includes internet, utilities, weekly housekeeping including dishes, and laundry washed, dried, folded and put away.

The house is rough around the edges, and the shared bathroom is unfinished but usable. The low rent reflects the condition.

I run a painting business from the property, so team members occasionally stop by to pick up supplies. No smoking.

Photos are older listing photos - the rooms show empty, but the bedroom now includes a bed. Message me if you're interested.
