My current lease in West Asheville ends on November 30th and I'm hoping to find someone interested in renewing the lease with me for another year. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (~950 sq. ft.)
Quiet, forested neighborhood with plenty of storage, central air, and shared common spaces
$60 application fee and $150 subletting fee upon approval for the current lease arrangement.

I'm studying Mathematics and Physics at UNCA and working a job located in downtown Asheville.
I'd describe myself as a self-motivated homebody with a lifestyle somewhere between active and quiet. I enjoy cooking, keeping a clean living space, working on projects, and occasionally going out to events around town. I value my solitude and rarely have guests over, but I also appreciate a warm, friendly, and communicative relationship with the people I live with.
What I'm Looking For:
Ideally someone who values independence, mutual respect, and a comfortable shared living environment. I'm wishing to find a roommate who enjoys having their own routines while still contributing to a welcoming considerate household.
My preference is to renew my current lease, although I'm flexible about exploring other housing options in Asheville. I have no pets or children and am looking for a stable living arrangement while I finish school.
