We’re looking for a roommate to fill a room in our 3-bedroom apartment starting February!

I’m a 33-year-old male, and Holly is a 42-year-old woman. We’re both working adults, pretty laid-back, and value a calm, respectful home. We also have a small dog named Joe 🐶

Rent & move-in costs:
$800/month (includes rent, electric, and water)
$800 security deposit
$1,600 total to move in
