I am a 45 year old English teacher with a well behaved labrador. The room is small (11×12). It has a full sized bed, closet, bedside table, lamp and private entrance. The rest of the apartment can be seen in the pictures. You will have access to all of it. Television does not gave cable, but has several streaming services you can use. Bathroom is pretty small, but den, office and kitchen are of good size. All utilities are included in rent. Long or short term is fine. Background checks will be done. Will consider reducing rent in exchange for cleaning, cooking or dog-walking. Master bedroom is available but rent will increase to $1000.00. Pets and couples will be considered on case by case basis.
