Im looking for someone to take over my lease.
I still have a year to go left on it.
Move in, early September if possible.
Its at The Verge, $850+(pet fees if applicable and you get a 25$ credit for electricity every month)
I unexpectedly got an incredible opportunity, that I cannot pass up I so can't continue living here.
It's part of a 3 bedroom apartment, with two amazing female roommates. They're very clean, kind, and are rarely home.
This room has the big bedroom, bathroom, and walk in closet.
You do have to be a student at a college within a 30 mile radius with proof!
There's not much more to it than that.
