Room available for sublease/rent!

It is a 2 bed 2 bath, private bedroom and bathroom.

I am moving out to get a place with my brother who's moving from GA, rent total is $1525 plus utilities, all is split with current female roommate, will have to apply and clear property application, will need to sign a sublease.

There is a pool, gym, and laundromat located at the leasing office.

Apt has in unit washer and dryer, burner stove, dishwasher, brand-new stainless steel fridge, and roommate has a microwave and air fryer. It is ground level but has a very nice balcony facing towards the mountains

Pets allowed, roommate has a cat. Pet fee will need paid if bringing pet. Only serious inquires!! Would prefer move in by June 1st, can be before.
