Its a double wide on top of a basement basically. It has an open floor plan so its nice and roomy. We have a few acres of land and cows as neighbors (our other neighbors are so cool and nice!) We have well water so no water bills. We have a small backyard. You will have your own room and your own bathroom right next to your room.. There is no central a/c or heat. We use window units for a/c and big heaters during the winter. The kitchen is a little small but we don't all cook things at the same time. You will have space for food.
