I’m looking to relet my lease on August 13th. The room will come fully furnished with a bed,dresser,nightstand and desk! It has a walk in closet with a bigger bathroom. The rent would be 750 a month with a 60$ application fee. It’s the lowest rate they have and in an amazing area!
