– Has a full time job during the day
– Is very clean
– Good communicator and respectful
– In their late 20s, or 30s

I am a musician so I typically practice during the day on weekdays and then am frequently gone on the weekends. I really love this house and I think the right person will really love it.

Rent is $1800 split between us, so $900 plus utilities and wifi.
