Amenities include parking, balcony access, extra storage, spacious common area with working fireplace, granite countertops in kitchen, stove, refrigerator, oven, and freezer already in-unit. Room (pictured) is unfurnished, comes with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. Property is safe, peaceful, and has on-site outdoor pool and 24-hour gym. Due to my quite bad allergies, I cannot live with dogs or cats (or anything that sheds) at this time, and I need to keep my living spaces extremely clean to avoid dust. Due to my allergies I am also not 420 friendly and am nonsmoking/vaping.
