The house is pet friendly with a deposit, has AC/Heat, washer and dryer, dishwasher, great living areas, dining room, nice kitchen, fenced-in backyard, back deck, grills, garage with gear storage, tons of closet space and a great location. Ten minutes from downtown. I use the third bedroom as a shared office/workspace.
I'm into music, mountain biking, yoga, fly fishing. Similar laid back vibe would be a fit
