We have a bedroom available in our 4 bedroom, 2 bath coliving home in Black Mountain. $800 for monthly rent includes all utilities and wi-fi. Your bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen bed, a bed-side table and dresser. No long-term lease is required and there is no security deposit. $800 for first month rent gets you in. You have access to the stocked kitchen. Each resident has their own shelf space in the kitchen. We provide commonly used condiments, toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. Washer and dryer is on site. Off-street parking. We provide twice a month house-keeping of common areas. A lovely wooded property one mile from downtown Black Mountain. Easy access to I-40 and 20 minute drive to downtown Asheville.
