I rent a room in a 3 bedroom, 3 bath apartment which currently only houses me. Since I pay for just the one room, the other two are locked. It is a 1200 sq. ft. apartment with a spacious bedroom and walk-in closet. The community and staff are nice, and this apartment is on the second floor, so you don't have to climb a lot of stairs. Comes lightly furnished with bed, desk, dresser, and nightstand for the bedroom, and couches plus a table for the common area.
