My dog Artemis and I are looking for a roommate to share a 2Bed/1Bath house in Candler (14 minutes from West Asheville, 18 minutes to downtown). Private bedroom + shared bathroom and shared office. Washer and dryer onsite in a spacious basement area. Fenced in yard as well as a large garden space you are very welcome to add to with your own native plants or food. Large wrap around porch and deck. $925/month + ½ utilities. Move in date of August 1st. Pet friendly as long as they get along well with my dog.

Note that this home turns 100 next year and does not have central AC. There is a window unit that usually isn’t needed until around September, and you would be welcome to use another window unit in the bedroom.
