SEEKING LONG-TERM ROOMMATES, NO PETS (SORRY)

I have 2 beds/shared bath available in Swannanoa (15 minutes to downtown AVL, 10 minutes to Black Mountain) for $800 a piece, or $1550 for both, ALL UTILITIES (including interwebs) INCLUDED starting the second week of October! So a flat rate of $800 a month for this beautiful house, full front and back yard, front porch, back deck, renovated kitchen, new floors, washer/dryer in unit, lawn maintenance included. I will have the third bedroom, so there will be 2 or 3 of us total, and the two available bedrooms share the bathroom pictured. The bedrooms are unfurnished, but the shared areas are. Unfortunately, we cannot have any more pets, but my sweet dog Cecil will be living with us.
